Ballisodare Falls too low for main drop

It was worth running at this level but it was awful early to avoid fishermen. even when we were leaving at 6.30am there were 6 cars parked at it.

Ballintrillick River

Directions: Tun right in grange, at the 2ndry school turn left. straight on until you cross a bridge (take out). turn right before bridge and put in at mill for short start or continue up to the horseshoe for longstart put in (bit of a walk from coillte gate on left)

Check level here from bridge before you put on. this was a good level but had dropped a bit

First rapids is a narrowish (6foot) chute to a slide

directions, go north from donegal towards ballbofey on the n15. river will meaner along road on right. you will cross the river at barnes bridge where there is a very small hydro station. in less than 1km there is a parking lot on the right.
